pantyliners are basically what they say they are- liners for your knickers. Therefore you can leave them on for as long as you like, but the recommendation is that you use a new one every day.

In theroy it is conceivable to get an infection from leaving a pad on for to long yet i don't understand how effortless it is th important issues are smelling, feeling uncomfortable and greater threat of leaking. As for tampons those can case an infection if left in for too long and gets replaced each 4 hours if conceivable. at college you should the two wrap pads in rest room paper or use the wrapper your new pad is obtainable in to wrap the previous one in to throw it away discretely

It really depends how long it takes for them to fill up, you know when needs changing but during day would only leave on 4hrs tops but if she feels a bit damp before that sooner!

She should change it at least once a day. If it's gotten damp or isn't the cleanest, she should change it more often. She will know herself.
It's better to avoid the scented liners though as they're more likely to irritate her and they smell a bit like cheap air freshener

Depends on how long you need to. You obviously want to change it if it gets filled
If not, change it every 6-8 hours just like any other sanitary thing

You can use them until they start to have residue on them...you want to change them after that because it is irritatiing the the vagina and it is part of staying clean.

leave them as long as she feels fresh, otherwise she needs to change them. usually one during the day and one during the night would do the trick
