I need quite a lot of work done but despite working full-time can't afford to see my own dentist, I've been told that if I registered with a NHS school of dentistry I could get it all done for free by dental students.

I was my hands alot, and i stand there and look at my hands for liek 5 minutes because i think theyre not clean, and i dont like people breathing over my food, and if i write something wrong on my homework, like if i write sloppy, i have to erase it, and do it over til its right.

A friend of mine, whom I have confronted about his drug usage and he has denied it each time, recently broke out with a big sore on his face and one on his abdomen that had to be treated with antibiotics. He told me they were infected bug bites that had to be treated with antibiotics. I just found out that he told a few other people that the reason for the sores was because he had gotten ahold of a bad batch of some type of drug. I have had my fair share of experimentation, but have never heard of this happening. Can anyone help?

I'm ugly :(
I have no real friends, I hate my life, college, going out...I hate myself. everyday is full of pain and stress, my depression gets worse.
I don't know what should I do to be happy, no one respects me in my family and ******* people think that they're better than me just because I'm ugly.

1) I have only one dr at my college campus and he tells me he can't refer me to anyone even though he's retiring. The other drs on campus refuse to treat me bc they don't know me.
2) I tried those walk-in clinincs and most told me they can't help me and most don't want to take me in as their patient as their are a shortage of drs.
3) I have no money to hire a special psychiatrist
4) No, I don't have a thyroid problem, I've done those tests and blook work
5) There's no support group in my area
6) I already tried Online support group kicked me out bc I used words I didn't know were allowed. I apologized but they still kicked me out.
7) The only way to get help if I really hurt myself and they would be hospitalize me but I'd rather not put my parents that ordeal again.
8) My older sister was institutionalized and never got better and ended her life.
9) Going to church would not work bc I met a bunch of phoney people who pretended to care. I don't want superficial friends

i have always been curious about this. but was wondering that what happens to the child if the parents are HIV positive (i say both because if you have sex, then you are more likely than not to contract it). i heard something abotu drugs which would stop the virus passing onto the embryo. is this true? are HIV positive parents doomed to remain childless in fear of inflicting their children with such a disease?

I have a hip problem called displasia. To help manage the pain, I have to wear shoes that are different heights. I don't have a problem during the summer because I clue on an extra sole to the bottom of my sandles. However, I have not been able to find a pair of tennis shoes that I can add height to. I need to put in a half inch to an inch. If I do this inside the shoe, my heal comes out the back. I need to either add something to the bottom or have them made somewhere but I can't find anywhere to have them made. Any suggestions on a store or site? Any ideas would be helpful!
