Does the entire population of the planet seem blind to you? 95% (or more) of all guys masturbate regularly or have done so. Masturbation isn't any different than sex. It has no effect on your body whatever except that it feels good. Some boys masturbate 3-4 times a day. Do it as often as you need to or want to. Make your friend tell you the truth about how often he masturbates.

Some studies show that over 90% of guys masturbate (and the other 10% lie about it :-) ) And yet only a small handful of people are blind.
Masturbation does nothing to you, execpt give you pleasure. The only side effect: a big mess :-P

I am surprised that old myth is still around in this day and age when supposedly everyone is more educated than they were a couple of hundred years ago. It will also not cause or contribute to myopia (near-sightedness) or hypermetropia (far-sightedness), those are the same types of myths and falsehoods. Masturbation does not have any effect whatever on your eyesight.

Loss of semen causes reduced testosterone levels and a slow metabolism...also if you do it too much you might get dry eye but you won't go blind.
