not only is that gross, it is dangerous, and pretty silly too. How much you ejaculate has absolutely nothing to do with your girlfriend or even with the sex act itself, it has to do with how much water you drink.
One assumes if she is your girlfriend then you care about her, telling her lies is no way to show that either. And leave us not forget, if you pour cold semen all over her, she is going to notice that, and if you leave it warm, bacteria will grow and you could give her a serious illness. Don't be stupid and thoughtless, drop this idea like a hot rock.

I've heard people do these kinds of things in High School, and no, it's not a good idea. It can easily spread disease, and that does not impress women. In fact, I think it does the opposite.

The semen would gel up, so it wouldn't really work for what you are trying to do. Plus, any method you would find that would work, I think she would notice you reaching for something to pour on her, and I think she would notice it not squirting and being poured on her. Instead, why don't you not masterbate, and save it all up for when you do have sex.
