The symptoms that you have mentioned do fit in many conditions, including diabetes. It is a possibility that you may have diabetes. The other symptom that would clinch the diagnosis is polydypsia or excessive thirst, which you have not mentioned.
The other disease that can mimmick these symptoms are..
Hypothyroidism. UTI, and drugs if one is taking antihypertensive drugs with diurtics .
The best thing is to get yourself examined by a doctor. You need a through investigation.

Best thing to do is to have a blood test at the doctors to check for diabetes. A sign of going to the toilet a lot is one of the main factors although it doesn't necessarily mean you have it, just go and have a check anyway, put your mind at rest..

If you are in the UK, you can go to lloyds Chemist they will do a quick blood sugar test to tell you if your levels are high, it would save the wait for the bloods to come back, you will still need to see the doctors but at least you will know if it is diabetes.

have you been getting thirsty? its really best to get a blood sugar test, really quick and easy, not a good idea to leave it in case you may have it, if its court quickly you can sometimes controll it just with a change off diet

It's a possibility. You should consider getting blood work. It could be a lot of things even a thyroid problem.

what you should do is talking it all over with your doctor and get the necessary testing done to find out just what the problem is.
