I am 15 years old, and I have arthritis in my ankles. I admit that trekking two flights of stairs between every class, and my overacheiver-complex does not help my situation, and my mother and I are fresh out of ideas on how to help my problem besides the obvious medication. Does anyone know any thing that may help. Doesn't HAVE to be natural, but it would help if it were...thank you in advance.

I recently met my target goal and I want to start eating the things I want especially sweets. I do cardio and weight lifting 5 days a week. I eat 3 meals a day and I just want to enjoy a type of dessert (like cheesecake) at least every 3 or 4 days of the week. If I'm still exericising and doing everything I need to do, will I still gain weight?

I do cardio for 30-60 minutes and weight lifting for about 45 minutes.

Two days later, his ankle is more swollen than when the stinging actually occurred. He says it may have been three yellowjackets total. I'm a bit of a hypochondriac and am wondering if the delayed swelling is anything to be concerned about.

Just a note here I have asked this question before in a different category but nobody was answering it is so ya

Hey I was wonder I hung out with my crush (in June) and I have a huge crush on her. And when I hung out with her I got really sick and I actually threw up (it didn’t help that I drank ice tea I know that was part of it and another part of it was cuz I was nervous but I have been nervous before and it felt nothing like that), most embarrassing moment of my life. But then I hung out with her again and it wasn’t that bad as the first time. I was still nervous but it wasn’t that bad (one thing was because I didn’t have ice tea). I don’t know what to do because I really want to see her but I don’t want to be sick at all when I am around her. Let me know if you know how to make it go away (I have only seen her 3 times, once was when I met her)

In in-vitro experiments THC at extremely high concentrations, which could not be reached with commonly consumed doses, caused inhibition of plaque formation, the cause of Alzheimer's disease, better than currently approved drugs.[15]

THC may also be an effective anti-cancer treatment, with studies showing tumor reduction in mice, conducted in 1975.[16]

In early May 2007, British Doctors released a study that linked THC to psychotic episodes (paranoid delusions and hallucinations) in healthy test subjects. Another study conducted at Yale University showed similar results in healthy subjects, but also included a schizophrenic group. The effect on the schizophrenics was so profound that it merited cancellation of the study due to fear that it would be unethical to continue. [17]

I recently started school again a week ago and drastically changed my sleep schedule. During the summer, I'd fall asleep often at 2 or 3 AM, and wake up at around 11.

Now the latest I stay up is around 1:30, waking up at 6:30-7.

Since nothing else is going on/changing with my body other than the fatigue, I think it's probably the change in sleep schedule, though I'm somewhat hypochondriac (not to mention that diabetes runs in my family, though I don't have any other symptoms (which are dry mouth, tingling feet, frequent urination, etc.)

I also usually get used to it/it's not so hellish during the evenings, and I felt WONDERFUL before I started school.

Is my worrying unjustified?

Growing up my blood pressure would be normal, maybe a little high with the top number in the 130-140's. well ever since last year when I was hospitalized and lost a LOT of blood my blood pressure has been low, like the top number really never goes over 115 and it gets to 115 when i am really moving around. a normal reading will be in the 90's-100 over 50's to 60's but heres the problem... my pulse will be in the 80's to 90's! i know that is bad because when i was in the hospital my bp would be LOW like how it is now, and pulse well over 140... can someone please tell me WHY this is bad, and if it is STILL bad with a reading of 95/50 pulse 90

I have to go to a psychiatrist appointment in 2 days. What kind of questions is she going to ask. Did my soical worker already tell her about me? She she going to judge me by the answers I give her? What kind of questions is going to ask me? Is she going to ask to if I cut? If she does, will she ask to see the scars that I have? And what will happen after the appointment? And do I have to see her again? I am really scared. I totally don't know what do expect. I am stuck in counseling because of a suicide threat I made on a different website and know I wish I didn't say anything. If you can, answer some of these questions because I am scared out of my mind and I don't know what is going to happen.
