Growing up my blood pressure would be normal, maybe a little high with the top number in the 130-140's. well ever since last year when I was hospitalized and lost a LOT of blood my blood pressure has been low, like the top number really never goes over 115 and it gets to 115 when i am really moving around. a normal reading will be in the 90's-100 over 50's to 60's but heres the problem... my pulse will be in the 80's to 90's! i know that is bad because when i was in the hospital my bp would be LOW like how it is now, and pulse well over 140... can someone please tell me WHY this is bad, and if it is STILL bad with a reading of 95/50 pulse 90

OK, a pulse of 90 is not that bad-the mean is 80. The BP is pretty low but that's not as much of a problem as high BP. You will get dizzy easily and be more prone to clots. What does the doctor say? That's who needs to address the problem-nobody on YA can really help you.

Because if you had the heart of an athlete, your pulse would be about 60. If you were semi-fit, it might be 75. But 90 means your heart isn't used to working very hard.

Aerobic exercise needed.
