no normal paper, but notebook has a little, and newspaper has a good emount, magazines have a lot so watch out for those fumes.

Hi,

Paper usually does not smell but the ink does.

Just sniffing a page would not really harm you but the solvents in the ink might make you a bit high, especially if just printed.

Burning it would be the same. Although inhaling any smoke is bad for you breathing the added ink toxins might do you harm over a long period.
