I go and beat up my boyfriend until the overall morale improves. hahahahaha ( he's 6'6 and 230 pounds all muscle- more like i wrestle him until he wrestles with me and we have had our fill of wrestling.....Wrestling works everytime.
I have also wanted to share my love of firefighting and ems with someone. I am a volunteer, and i get the greatest sense of fufillment that when I'm feeling down- all i have to do is think of just one of the people that have thanked me that i have helped- for free, and that works better than any cookies or sunshine or masterbation or sex or whatever else ther is out there- volunteering for such a cause- people in their worst moments- and you come down and "save the day." it's really that good. you should try it- ( or go be a kid's mentor at a school or something) volunteer at a children's hospital- you will never have another experience like that.

I treat myself. I might read a good book, have a bubble bath. Talk with a friend or close family member. I also find being near nature really helps me, like gardening, or being outside with natural scents. I like flowers - the look and the scent. A manicure and/or pedicure also helps me. If I had the money, I would go have a massage.

I usually talk to my husband. He's the biggest clown, and when I'm feeling down, he'll literally hurt himself to make me laugh.
You can also try going on ebausmworld.com. They have alot of funny videos that also cheer me up.
