I have a very large, prominent nose that I have been unhappy with for years. And don't say it's probably not that bad, if you saw it, you could not deny it's a large nose. I'm similar looking to Christina Aguliera, except with a large nose, so I don't think I'm really ugly or anything, my nose is just very unattractive and not proportional to the rest of my face.

I also have sinus problems (deviated septum I think) which may need corrective surgery, so I am considering going ahead with the cosmetic surgery at the same time. The thing is, I don't have the finances for just a cosmetic surgery, so I'm wondering how this could work out with my other surgery and the insurance. Would a doctor be able to write both off to insurance? Any info would be helpful.

Ok so i get married in 3 weeks, i'm so nervous, happy & excited all rolled into one! except... i'm 26 and iv'e never had sex. He has though (my hubby to be) is that stupid? He knows i havn't done it before because iv'e always wanted to keep it till i get married. Weve bin together for 8 years.

I was just recently diagnosed with pcos. After about year of different diagnosis from different doctors, i've finally had the necessary steps to find out what is going on with me. Anyway i'm new to this so i'd like to hear from other people..what is there experience with this syndrome? My man and I have been trying to conceive, what are our chance? My doctor has me on birth control for three month to get rid of the follices that are on both my ovaries, but she said they're the same size on both ovaries, is that good? She also has me on metformin...I could use advice from people that have gone through it, please help.

1) once its clear, its clear right? as in, you can drink a lot of water a couple weeks before your test, and its out forever?
2) how do you know when its clean, but not dilluted?

I had surgery on my ankle and had a plate, 11 screws and 3 pins put in. I just had the cast removed today and they gave me a walking boot, but I cant put any weight on it for another month. I also have a skin irritation and have to put antibotic ointment on it three times a day and leave the boot off as much as possible so that can heal. The pain is really bad and worse than any other time during the rest of my injury. Just wondering if anyone had any similar injuries and if this is somewhat normal. Thanks In Advance.

I don't have sex. I'm still a virgin and I don't have a boyfriend. The world is so messed up today I should really say I don't have any physical contact with any boys.. or girls INSTEAD. anyway but i'm so concerned about why my period isn't here. It was suppose to be here 3 days ago. I'm on the 31st day of my cycle [I counted from the 1st day of my last period until today...31 DAYS NO PERIOD]
It feels like my period is coming... but it's been like this for 3 days now..... i'm not getting the cramps but i feel the discomfort.. I keep wearing pads and taking midol/tylenol pills so that it doesn't surprise me in the morning....... and is annoying the hell out of me... BECAUSE IT ISN'T HERE.

i have a brownish discharge that smells fishy. no burning when i pee. i dont think i really itch, i'm just parranoid but i went on birth control sunday the 12th(day 1 of my period) and bled for a lot longer then my normal period....like two weeks and now the blood has stopped but ihave a brown gooey discharge that smells. I remember it hurting a little when i pee'd after i had rough sex but i assumed it being cuz it was rough and i was already sore from sex earlier since i just recently lost my virginity. When i was little i use to stutter too, after 3 years it went away. Her father still struggles with stuttering. Does that mean there is a chance it will never go away? Is there even something her father can do to stop stuttering? I know what it is like to stutter and I know how cruel some people can be. I just dont want her to go through the same thing.

Everywhere we hear, "Ask your doctor." Anyone who writes anything about health has to put in a disclaimer that you should ask your doctor. But if you have a health question, how do you really try to find out the answer? And if you do happen to to be talking to your doctor, does he/she actually answer your questions or just brush you off?
