i need to know the scores of normal cholesterol and high cholesterol

Doctors want to treat you with meds if your total CHO is over 200.

Under 200 is your normal cholesterol level.

200 or below is where you want your cholesterol. But also important is your HDL ::LDL ratio. Triglycerides are the third number.

i think its 100 also gnerally speaking people have 250 or higher and that is bad. if you tend to be more of a person with genetics inthe problem it could also be meat stuff like greese and stuff bacon in particular. start using olive oil to cook it helps.
