I've tried everything from starvation to making myself sick and using laxatives to taking ephedrine and all i want is to eat relatively normal. I know they aren't great techniques but my fear of being out of control and overweight is immense so i've now taken to smoking and it makes me lose my appetite and feel giidy which is fun cos it's such a lush feeling. I just wondered if anyone else has tried this method and does it last? Will it help me stabalise my eating?

Lately I have had several "episodes" in which I seem to swing back and forth between the world in my head and reality ( whatever that means ).
I have tried very hard to get from day to day without acting in a way that would make other see me as a little "off", but it seems I can't. I have had some really, really scary hallucinations, people's voices seem to be different from time to time, and I cant feel - anything - at all. I fake my reactions, but inside I feel dead already. There is a kind of monster that follows me around everywhere, sometime comforting me, sometimes screaming at me... I feel like my head is going to pop open, and I am too paranoid to tell my wife or my Doctor about it... I tried - I really did - but the voice always talks me out of it.

I am afraid I am going to loose my wife, my kids, my job - everything - and end up on the street.... I know there is a very real chance of that happening....

How can I get help without my Family or my boss finding out?

Father in Law is having surgery next Monday to open blockages on all the arteries. The one that is totally blocked is located behind the heart. The Dr. said that it may be very difficult to reach that artery because of blood vessels and other tissue. Could this be true? They do heart transplants and blockages all the time and have never heard this. He also has pulminary problems. He takes several breathing treatments a day. How does this affect his surgery? Father in law is 75. Thanks in advance.

First of all, no yes or no - I want this resolved, so credible sources, please.
A friend of mine says we average 4 nighttime spiders per year. Creepy, but nutritious. Any truth? Does anybody film and review themselves sleeping daily? 'Cause that sort of thing would be awesome for my curiosity.

All of a sudden I get this horrible thoughts that I´m becoming crazy. They are really strong and I cannot control them. It seems that I get this spirit that wants to enter my body and make me think compulsively about something negative. What is this? How can I prevent this from happening?

My herpes outbreaks are always in virtually the same spot, or within an inch. If I am shedding the virus, is it only from this small area? Or when shedding occurs, does it travel to other "unaffected" parts and thus risk spreading in those areas too?

I recently started having sex with this girl who i know well and who was a virgin before me. The first time, nothing happened but another time after sex.. I got this itching and redness on my penis. It went away after a few days. Now its back though. we just had sex a few days ago and it itched a little and i did it again yesterday not thinking much of it but the itching and redness is worse now. I'm not sure what to do. I know its not an std. For other info.. i am not circumsized and it was unprotected sex... but i had unprotected sex with an x girlfriend for a year and nothing happened so I'm pretty puzzled. If anyone can help, id appreciate it.. thanks

I'm going to try this again. People really didn't answer my question before so I'm asking again.
I'm doing some preliminary research to see what I want to write for my thesis this up coming semester.

I asked a question last night about whether marijuana should be legal or not. I got overwhelming "NO IT'S TOO DANGEROUS" answers. Now I'm wondering why everyone thinks it's so bad. What are some of the extreme dangers of marijuana?
I don't need you guys to show me websites about facts unless you personally believe everything on that site, I know enough about the subject from websites already. Telling me that 'I'm not writing a paper I just want to smoke pot" really doesn't help. I'd just like to know what you personally believe are the dangers of marijuana.

I don't want you to research then tell me, I just want a list of what comes to your head.

Thanks

In the past few months, I have been having a bowel movement many times, less than once a week. I do my biking 3-4 hrs. a week and walk to and from school every day, as well as walk my dog 30-90 min everyday, so this contradicts what my parents say that I don't get enough excercise. Each time I go, (once every 6-10 days normally) I obviously go a lot, and it is really painful. Also when I gotta go, I gotta go. I used to be able to hold off for several hours. For some reason I also start to shiver and sweat, which makes it very uncomfortable, and it normally takes about 20-30 min to go. Today, I noticed streaks of blood on the poop, towards the end when it was most painful. In addition, I weighed 105.5 lbs this morning and 101 lbs now. I am 15 years old.

I went in to see a urology clinic a few months ago as well for painful and frequent urination, although I don't think it is related. Can anyone tell me what this might be?

Any ideas?
