teaspoon of bakeing soda and 8 oz of water. It has helped me a many time..... But the taste isn't good at all

MILK is so helpful.. a big glass of milk just coats the stomach and makes it feel not so heartburny. :o) Really works for me.. also, I once overheard a doctor say that he always drinks sparkling water, like Gerolsteiner I think it's called. He said it's just like alka seltzer and I agree, it really calms the stomach. But for me, milk is #1.. 1% or 2% fat is probably best, not nonfat or full fat (for the heartburn I mean). Good luck! :o)

1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in a small glass of water. I have even drunk dill pickle juice which helps.

Baking Soda & Water.
Inclining your pillows help to alleviate it at night.
Avoid caffeine, spicy foods, overeating, alcohol, and cola, especially before bed.
I think my homeopathic friend recommends ginger.... ?

mix a tablespoon of baking soda in a glass of water, chug down, will give you instant relief! for real :) good luck, i do it all the time
