You can go to the drugstore and get ointment for this and treat it. You shouldn't ignore it. You will be more uncomfortable and will itch and itch and have a terrible odor and tons of other stuff.
I really hope you are kidding. This is not funny. You don't have to go to the doctor, but you should anyway because it may be a form of STD.

If you really had a yeast infection, I don't think there'd be any question about needing to fix it now. I wanted to stick a bottle brush up inside and run it around because I itched so badly.
It's not going to hurt to try one of the over the counter products for yeast infections. Wal-Mart carries a generic brand of cream that is less expensive and just as effective as the others. Overseas, I hear they use yogurt, but I had problems with the mechanics of that one lol.

i agree with some of the others...you shouldnt ignore the infection but if you cant see a doctor to get a perscription then try to visit a local drug store or pharmacy where you can buy some over the counter cream and a pill things like monstat 1 and Vagisil will help ease the pain but this is your choice tho if you do ignore it the pain and itching will continue to grow worse although it will eventually go away but im not totally sure if you will have break outs also so take care of your self the best way you can! good luck and get well soon !

You can try over the counter treatments, Monistat, Vagisil, etc. usually Miconizole is the treatment. Yes you should get treated if you wait, you could end up with Pelvic Inflammatory Disease which could cost you the use of your uterus AKA you may not be able to have children later in life. Yes it can become ?worser?
