is it safe to no pause between reps when weight training.can all sets (3) be done without the pausing to rest.will this have an impact on the results you get?

Recently, I had a job offer that was more money (25% + more)and promotion. Because of greed of getting more money than the original offer, I held back. Because of my mistake, the deal fell through and the employer hired someone else. This has been really bothering me. It has been nearly three months now and I can't get past this. I cannot even focus on my current job and my family. I don't know what to do. I feel like I missed out and it's bothering me beyond words. I have never felt like this before. Call it crazy, but I sometimes even get to tears. Help! How can I overcome this? How would you rank this in terms of a regretful life event? Thank you for your help.

I've been buying ranitidine at Costco for a really nice price the last five years. My dad's doctor has him taking about five of the 75 mg. pills a day. Neither of us can find the cheap generic, but we can find the expensive Zantac. I live in Texas and he lives in Iowa. Did the factory burn down? Did they have sanitation issues? Am I going to go broke getting rid of my heartburn?

One time i got more drunk than usual. I started to speak with friends without any stuttering, the whole night. Usually(when iam not drunk) iam the silent one, not the talkative one. Especially that night, whatever the topics my friends started to speak, I just continued with it and gave them good ideas. And i was speaking all night without a stuttering problem, I was'nt even thing about it.
Before drinking i had a stuttering prob. After drinking i don't. Next morning everyone of my friends told be me that i am a talkative guy. Right after the moment they gave me compliment. I replied to them with a stuttering voice. To solve my prob. i cannot get 24/7 drunk. Normally, if i want to say something to anyone, i start with words exactly what i want to say. But somewhere in the middle, i just forward-scan the words iam gonna say. The self-consious says i can't say that particular word. So, i take a turn, that turn takes another turn. I totally mess-up. Something soo easy to say, i mess up.

My husband and I just found out that we are having a boy. At first, it was easy for us to say that we should circumcise him. But now, after some research, I'm changing my mind. I have read that circumcising causes less sexual sensitivity (not necessarily a bad thing from a woman's perspective, jk) and that it also possibly stunts growth so that the circumcision actually shortens it, which will probably bother my son more than it would bother a woman.

While my husband refused for at least 8 years to neuter his male dog because he didn't believe in "doing that to another male," he is okay with removing part of his own son's main reproductive organ. I know, I know; what a double standard. I think he's afraid our son will be teased or something??

Anyway, I don't have any of these parts so I have no idea. Should I try to talk to my husband about leaving our son uncircumsized? Does anyone regret either physical situation? And women: which do you prefer?

so i popped my patella in my left knee.. i was giving a mobilizar brace and cruthes to get around.. then i had a follow up appt w/ an ortho. who upgraded me to a patella brace to push the knee in and 6 weeks physical therapy to see if this helps. if this doesnt work then i will have to have surgery.. but my concern is say the therapy does help whats to say this will not happen again and how can i prevent more damage to the knee??.. the doc said the grooves which my knee sits on is not deep enough so its causes the knee to pull out.. i am big women 25yrs old with past history of knee injury to my r knee 10-12 yrs back.. i was suppost to have surgery on that knee but i was to scared and now im tring to do all i can to make things better(losing weight) because it still comes out once in a while(r knee) and i was told ive torn all ligaments inthe right knee and surgery is my best bet.. and i have been using a cane as well as the brace to get around but im getting pain in my foot .......
