you can be healthy and fat. i am a size 22 not revealing my weight but i go to the gym 3 times a week and work my row out, that is why i have a resting heart rate of 52 (average is between 60 and 80 beats per min) and have textbook blood pressure. my friend who is a size 10 cannot walk and talk at the same time without getting out of puff ! i eat all the right stuff and some of the wrong stuff. i get my 5 a day. i am healthy for me ! what is healthy for one person is not healthy for another. my doctor does not have any problems with me.

I don't think you can be healthy and fat at the same time, unless your a pig. Being over weight is unhealthy on its own. It puts a lot of stress on your body, especially on you heart.

it is true some people are healthier than others who are anorexic but truly being too fat can be just as unhealthy however not getting enough intake of nutrients can harm your system alot as well.. at least when your fat you can lose weight but when your skinny skinny or deprive your body - if your hypoglycemic or your system has been through alot and or your system is weak of and in itself then consequences are faced - your system is harmed really either way almost..that is why most people try to build up at least tone their bodies some go as far as to look like arnold swhzennegar but yeah not something we all want to do? lol
heard of a study of skinny people who were actually fat cuz of their innards they werent as skinny and healthy as they appeared ..however I think that isnt so true you can usually tell if a person is healthy just by looking at them really their skin pigmentation helps to be able to look at also if they are heavy set or unheavy set..not too broad a spectrum really mostly common sense -.-;

Wow I never heard this question before. You can't really be healthy and obese. Your body does need a certain amount of "fat" to be healthy. It really depends on how "fat" you are talking about, but you can be "chubby" and exersice and eat right.

if someone has told you , that you are healthy and now your fat or you were healthy by getting fat its a dumb *** doctor that is just telling you what you wanna hear so you'll keep spending your money and coming back to his clinic

You become healthy by eating healthy foods..no junk foods..or rarely..Exercise...
You become fat by: Eating fast foods..junk foodss... dont exercise
both: you can be a healthy fat person by eating lots of junk foods. Exercising..Drink lots of pops..or you can just not exercise adn not eat helathy but everything else is good.. does that make sense?
