I have doushed and some of the brown was in the toliet after but it has been 5 days and it is still a little with an odor. I am 30 also.

Well the brown was probably left over from menstruation. The odor could be a yeast infection. Sometimes excessive use of tampons can cause yeast infection.

Girl dont u worri too much about it...its just ur body getting rid of some unwanted yeast and other stuff that keeps ur female organs clean from bacteria/infection. All women have odors and its perfectly normal. As long as the discharge is brown/pale/clear its normal...but if u notice blood or unusual itching, plz go to the doctor so they can check u out. If u r still worried...just go to the doctor to put ur mind at ease(i would just go to the doctor to be comlpetly sure). Im getting my nursing degree, and this is nothing unusual (i also have this discharge and my doctors have assured me im healthy). The discharge usually comes after ur period or even after sex. Just image ur body is trying to protcet itself from invaders so it puts up a sticky wall and when ur body is done with the wall it throws it away and makes a new one. Good luck and stay heathly.
