Milk.
The lactose in it will neutralize most of the pepper in the spray.

Air and sunlight. Once you get sprayed, walk outside into an open area. The pepper spray disperses and degrades fairly quickly outside. Water probably won't help much since pepper spray has an oil base - it'll just get spread around.

Beer is not a remedy, it is alcohol and will cause more harm. Flushing your eyes with cold water is the most common way. Believe it or not Milk is actually the most effective remedy. Milk has a protein in it which binds to the capsicum in the pepper. Same reason they tell you to drink milk when you eat spicy food. Johnson and Johnson baby shampoo and Dial bar soap are also effective because they can be put in your eyes without harm.

They say the fat in whole milk helps, but I don't find it helps. the best bet would probably be drug yourself--maybe pain reliever and antihistamine.
I recommend lining up things to do to take your mind off the discomfort--reading, TV. Sports will heat you and make it feel worse. Air conditioning will help somewhat.
I am supposing it is to get certified to use pepper spray as some type of law enforcement person.

Baby shampoo for both hair and skin and cold water. And another thing, if you're taking a shower don't wash your hair and face standing up, otherwise the stuff runs down your body and burns some very sensitive areas! It's the one time you'll need to bend over in the shower, lol.

Uh, I'm not sure WHY you would do this (hope it's for a good cause)...make sure you can get to a clean area, away from the spray. Also, cold damp towels to wash your face and eyes should help alleviate the burning more quickly.
