its 12:50pm right now.

at 8am i had a cup of coffee[plain]
at 9:15am bowl of special k cereal [2%reduced fat milk]
11:43am an orange and 20 oz water.
......and this is what i PLAN on eating the rest of the day..
1pm- a plate of lettuce and 20 oz water
3-4:30pm GYM [burn about 300cals]
5pm-a banana
5:30pm a plate of lettuce and a tomato and 20oz water
6:30pm a can of tuna [5oz] and a little bit of lettuce 20oz water
7pm mango
and if i get a lil hungry around 8pm..a bowl of special k cereal..


is this good or not?
YES i AM trying to loose weight.
how many calories??....please& thank you!!!!!! =]

i shaved my pubs last night and now they are stub hairs.....they hurt really bad......are they just in grown hairs? plz help me cuase it kinda scares(spelling i know)me and i dont know what but it hurts badly too please dont say im gross cuase i know

my little sister is 6 years old has been sick and has had a really bad cough so my mom took her to the doctors this morning and they told my mom that she has pneumonia
and that she has trouble getting air into her lungs so they told my mom that she should be admitted to the childrens hospital
i just wanna know how serious this is and what should i expect?
what are they going to do to her?

I had a vasectomy and about 3 months later, I began having pain in my left testicle. I called the doctor, they gave me an antibiotic (Keflex/Cephalexin) and it took care of the problem. Well, here I am one year later the the pain has returned. The doctor prescribed more Keflex. Is this pain, and bacterial infection a common issue after having a vasectomy?

I'm 26 and I have had braces for a year now and have had some problems with my teeth adjusting the way my orthodontist wants them to. He had me get my bottom front tooth extracted yesterday and they put a chain on afterwards to move my teeth and the space in quicker. I am having a lot of trouble with this because I'm self concious now, I'm so embarassed for people to notice I'm missing a tooth.This is a very big deal to me. Has anyone had this done and how long did it take for the space to close up?

i have undergone to a series fo blood test on hepatitis a , b , and c and my doctor found out and have told me that the result fo my blood test showed that i have the natural immunity on all types of hepatitis and therefore no need for me to have the vaccination or immunization.....

i will be able to run everday on the treadmill(and walk) and have a healthy diet.... is that enough to loose weight(especially bicep and belly fat)? i dont want to use machines or do sit-ups and stuff, i can just run on the treadmill, diet, and have a normal 30 min walk everday. Sharp chest pain, shortness of breath, fatigue, swollen hand, popping sound in chest.

I am 26 and I have been experiencing chest pain and shortness of breath since around 21. In the last two years I have noticed that my breathing is getting worse. I hear an audible popping sound when I breath deep. I also have sharp pain from breathing deep. Breathing is almost a task now. It is more difficult to breath when I'm laying down. I feel pain in my left arm and I have general discomfort in the chest. I'm in good shape. My younger brother had heart surgery at 19 and I have a family history of heart problems. How can I convince a doctor to check out my heart.

i feel so sick my mom thinks it is a head cold but plz help. my nose is plugged and i serously cant stop sneezing i wake up in the night just to sneeze. one of my eyes hurt when i move it like when i look all they way up but the other one desn't (i have no idea why or if it had any thing to do with my sickness but it just started when i got sick) now to top it all off my pee if lime green and no i havent eat anything green or took any meds. or vitamins so pl help thanks so much

What is the best method/procedure to remove a scar from the side of the nose? it is a scar from a mole removal procedure, and now it healed but you can see a brown dot after the mole was removed. Would Microdermabrasion work for that?

I'm grounded for sneaking out the house TWICE. I know I was wrong but at the same time I'm going crazy. I've really learned my lesson this time. I can't talk on the phone, I'm not suppose to be on the computer for anything other than checking my email, and I can't go out on the weekends.
