You aren't eating enough. You are WAY under what you need, probably around 800 calories (with the second bowl of cereal included) for the day, which means that your body is going to think you're starving it. As a result, your body will store fat rather than burn it. For the rest of the day have something more than just lettue and tomotoes, throw some chicken and cheese into the salad. Perhaps some cottage cheese or chickpeas instead for protien. With the Tuna, have `1/2pita. Depending on age, weight, and height, you should be eatng around 1200 calories a day for weight loss.

thans an awful lot of lettuce. You didn't get many grains, dairy or meats. Maybe put a few slices of turkey on your plate of lettuce and sprinkle a little cheese. Have a bagel with low-fat cream cheese. If you get a little more food, you'll probably be fine, but you should check out the food pyramid to make sure you're close to the range you need. Going to the gym will definitely help.

you cant possibly consider lettuce a meal?!
make at least a salad - add some veggies and protein.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
