What is the best method/procedure to remove a scar from the side of the nose? it is a scar from a mole removal procedure, and now it healed but you can see a brown dot after the mole was removed. Would Microdermabrasion work for that?

My advice to anyone before trying something over the counter, whatever it is, is to see your doctor first. See what he say, if he agrees to over the counter, then do it.

There are several thing that may or may not work. My grand daughter tried a callous remover, it worked great, my wife then tried it, against my advise, she got an infection.

Skin moles happen to be hyper-pigmentation upon our skin. Moles may be extracted through surgical treatments, or better yet through several store products or do-it-yourself solutions.

Surgery is pricey, priced at from $100 to $400 and might bring about skin damage. Do-it-yourself solutions happen to be economical and even can eliminate ugly skin moles within just a few days without having scar issues.

Home remedies include onion, fresh juice from sour apples, or baking soda and castor oil used over a short period.

Try Mederma or Scarguard first before going that route.
