Not unless you didn’t follow the docs instruction, and got an infection, leading to painful swelling. That is certainly not the increase you are looking for now is it?
No a vasectomy does not change anything at all. It just gets rid of the possibility of any surprise pregnancies. There is no scar. Nothing is different, except for your peace of mind.
I should know. I got mine 20 years ago.
