i have undergone to a series fo blood test on hepatitis a , b , and c and my doctor found out and have told me that the result fo my blood test showed that i have the natural immunity on all types of hepatitis and therefore no need for me to have the vaccination or immunization.....

I know it's possible for Hep B. You must have been exposed at some point and your immune system was strong enough to produce antibodies to rid the virus. But are you sure you didn't get the vaccine as a kid though? It's standard in many countries.

Unless it came on the market really recent, there is no vaccine against Hep C. It's transmitted through blood so it's not really that infectious if you take your precautions.

Acquired immunity may be obtained by natural or artificial means. In addition to this, acquired immunity may be either active or passive. A natural immunity is an acquired immunity which would suggest a past exposure (active) or a history of vaccination (passive). If your doctor has also told you that your hep B titers are sufficient, than you are considered immune for as long as your titers remain that way.
