Let's assume its a simple case of yeast from stayng in sweaty underware too long. you can go to any drug store and buy miconazole cream. first wash the area and dry well and then apply the cream per the directions on the box. During this time, be sure not to be intimate with anyone. If this rash does not go away, be sure to see your doctor since it could be much more serious.

Wash twice a day and put on over the counter Hydrocortisone plus. Start using a powder that's for heat rash or wet spots like a babies powder. Change shorts to cotton briefs and change often.
If this all fails see your doctor for something more powerful.

It may be STDs or not bathing the area enough (such as not taking frequent showers), or your skin may be too dry.
