The operation itself was minor, I'm just worried that there may be legal implications if I have an accident or make a mistake at work a short time after the anaesthesia.

Can I get the same benefits aerobically if I do 30 minutes on the stationary bicycle instead of 30 minutes of walking? (I currently walk at least two miles a day, five days a week, but I'm thinking of incorporating the stationary bike in lieu of walking a couple of times a week -- in other words, walk the three times a week and bicycle the two times a week.) I also do weights twice a week.

Exercise buffs, before I am slammed by you, please note that I am a beginner at exercising, and that I will incorporate more exercise gradually. Sorry if this does not sound like much exercise. (No, I am not fat.)

I am a nurse but this one has me sort of floored. I had my tonsils taken out as a child. So Friday night I began to notice my throat was getting sore. It is a different soreness than what I get when I do get sick. Usually it is a scratchy sore throat. This time it is a severe, deep sort of pain. All day yesterday I ran a low grade fever with the highest being 100.7. So last night I got a pen light and began looking and noticed I have a red pocket with a yellowish tint to it in the area where my tonsils were. My throat only hurts on that side. I had a strep test here and got my hubby to swab my throat and that was negative. I have heard the physician I work with say before that strep throat is very unlikely when you dont have tonsils but can happen in rare cases but I dont think this is what it is!! What could this be - I am worried and worse today. I am even considering going to the hospital!! Any suggestions??

I get a feeling in the back of my head, at the base of my skull, like a rubber band being tightened and it causes pressure behind my eyes and my eyes don't feel right. Doctors don't seem to have any answers. Any ideas?

Since you brushed the night before and are not removing any food particles, won't using mouth rinse be just as good at killing germs.

I guess I what you'll call a nerd lol cuz I've never had a bf and I had my first kiss when I was 7 and haven't kissed since then (sad I know).
I 15 and graduating from high school, and I'm finally going to be free and I want a bf, problem is that I'm afraid that he might be tured off since I don't know much about relationships (is that true?)
Anyway my bff was telling me that she gave her bf a ******** (bj) (she's 18). and she said she got *** (seamen) all over her ewe.
I would like to know:
1. How do you learn to kiss a boy
2. How do you give a bj without getting *** on you
3. How do I get over my fears
4, There's a guy I like but I'm not sure how old he is, he's really cute and I don't know how to talk to him. We've smiled at each other but I think if he were interested in me he would have talked to me help.
Any other advice will be appreciated ty

I fell off a horse yesterday, and I hurt my back. It isn't too serious, I suspect it is just a muscle.
Today I am stiff and sore. Aside from Advil, what can I do to ease the pain and stiffness? Is it better to lie still all day or should I go for a walk?

I have just had my first dose of Zoladex to prepare my womb for a TCRE op in 2 months time. Since the first jab, last Monday, my wee has been really smelly, not a normal starong urine smell, but something quite different! The colour hasnt changed, although it may be slightly cloudy.
Could this be a side effect?
Thanks
I am on other medication too, but the pharmacist knows wbout that.....
