this could be overuse of the muscles. That's why when you stretch it relaxes them. If you think this is growing pains I recommend you take 500mg of calcium and magnesium Twice daily. This will stop a lot of the pain symptoms. Minerals replace so much into the muscles.

for a complete answer you would have to see your medical doctor. It's hard to answer these questions through the internet. Your doctor will be able to examine you and understand what is going on in your body.

Yes, this most likely might be exertions pains, but when you're equipped to sit down in entrance of a pc and style, or can speak simply via a contraction, you continue to have a strategy to cross. Time those pains and if they're getting longer and closet in combination, it's exertions. Try jogging round, if jogging does NOT quit them, then it's absolutely exertions. Good success!

Sounds like cramps to me, that is when the blood flow out of a muscle gets resticted by a temporary spasm, and the muscle fills up with blood and goes solid, contracting too far, causing severe pain.
Go see your doctor, as you may not be getting enogh soluble salts in your diet.
I'm 39 and i used to get them all the time, after visiting the doctor, the fix was to up the amount of salt in my diet, not by much, but just enough.
I knew when i was getting enough salt, as the cramps stopped.
Remember though, see your doctor first befor taking any advice, as there may be something else underlying causing it that only the doctor can diagnose.
Good Luck.
