i am 14 years old and 170 or so pounds, i am trying to find a quick and easy way to lose weight. I love food to much to become anorexic although I have concidered it I choose not too and I am not very good at excersing. Is there any foods that would make me loose weight or eat less?

I hve trouble forming and maintaining relationships. My family life is fine. We have the occasional argument, and sometimes we are VERY critical and elitist, but all in all I can't complain. Perfectly functional.

That being said, I feel guilty for complaining... but I have lost almost every close friend I have ever had for no concrete reason. I have also never had a serious romantic relationship with anyone. Since I am away at college now, the loneliness is more striking than ever.

I need to know if anyone has any suggestions about how to handle this situation. It doesn't seem to be something I can outgrow.

What causes sharp, brief, needle-like pain in left arm, no other sypmtoms. It feels like someone stabs me quickly 3 or 4 times in the arm. It has happened on and off, very infrequently, in the same spot- left arm on outside bone halfway between elbow and writs. Been going on for 2 yrs at least, but more frequently lately. Only in that same spot! Lately, more frequent, maybe every other day. Lasts only for a second or two. Last few weeks seems to travel up a nerve. Brief burning sensation in lower tricep. Again, very infrequent but wierd, like someone is sticking a needle in me and always in the same spot.

just one slice.... it had mold on part of the crust which i peeled off. but i'm not sure if the rest of the bread was molded.

will i get sick? i'm actually concerned because i have a fear of vomiting (no lie) and a bit of a fear of stomach aches; so i just want to know in advance.

My husband told me he has a knot on his inner elbow. He said it has been there probably 7-10 years. He said it started out hard like a little b.b. or pebble. He noticed today that it has gotten a little bigger and soft around it. He said if he messes with it, it gets tender. He said he has had an elbow injury in the past. We are making him a doctors appointment to get it checked but I am worried. Does anyone know what it sounds like???

I was experiencing lower back pain and I went to Urgent Care (and the ER) they tested me for a urinary tract infection, both turned out negative. The pain however is worse lately and is more like a pinching pain, that hurts really bad, but it is sharp, comes fast/leaves fast. I haven't lifted anything heavy. I've also been haing abdominal pain, went to the ER for that, they tested me for gallstones (did an ultrasound), and it was negative. All these pains are driving me crazy! I am always weak and lack energy too!

i started the nuva ring 1 month ago because im getting married on may 26th and didnt want to get pregnant/regualte my period so i wouldnt have it on my wedding day. I followed the doc's directions on when to put it in and to take it out, but that left me with my period on my wedding. The docs soulution was to skip my period for the 1st and 2nd month by leaving it in for an extra week and then putting the new one stright in. so anyways, its the end of month one and 10 days ago i started spotting and im supposed to put the new one in 5 days, and if this follows the same next month i will be all spotty on my wedding and honeymoon :( is there anyway to avoid the spotting? has anyone just spotted for there 1st month? :(
