Puking is so bad for your teeth. The acid can eat away at your teeth afterawhile not to mention it is hard on your internal organs. You are better off skipping that meal a day then puking. Anyone that would even consider this a safe choice for losing weight needs to have their head examined. I suffered from Anorexia for many years and let me tell you it is not a good thing. Please consider not doing this. It really is a bad idea. Would you like to lose your teeth while you are at it? have bad breath on top of it all.

Well, it is really bad for your thoat, stomach lining, teeth, and body. Also, it doesn't work very well. Here's an idea, why don't you get a dietician and work out? DOn't take the lazy and destructive way to loose weight. Also, as I'm sure you know, a nasty little eating disorder called bulimia is characterized by puking up your food. Let's just say, don't do it, end of story, NEXT. Really though, it is really bad for you. Sometimes, probably worse than starving yourself. I'm not giving you ideas though. Try Jenny Craig. I heard it works great. How bout weight watchers? For America's desperate problem of obesity, it's easy to find good solutions to your problem. GOOD LUCK

well, you say only once a day. But it can lead to puking everything you eat everyday. It can lead to a serious eating disorder, bulimia. You will lose more weight by eating healthy and exercising. By puking one meal, you will still have 1 or 2 others. People with bulimia have eroded teeth too.

OK, for one, you're bringing up stomach acid through your esophagus and mouth, where the tissues are not protected from acid. Your stomach has a mucous lining to keep it's own acid from eating itself.

Your larynx (voice box) is also in your throat and being exposed to this acid; you could expect to develop a raspy voice or lose it altogether.

Stomach ulcers are places where there's a lack of mucosal lining, and the acid is working on the stomach wall.

You'd be far better off just throwing your lunch away if you don't want it.

Bulemia can result in oral problems. When you throw up, you produce acidic gastric contents that can erode tooth enamel, increase dental cavities, and create a sensitivity to hot or cold food. Swelling and soreness in the salivary glands from repeated vomiting can also be a problem.

The esophagus and the colon are the areas most affected by bulimic behaviors. Repeated vomiting can result in ulcers, or ruptures of the esophagus. Acid that backs up from the stomach (reflux) can also become a problem.

Irregular menstrual periods may result from malnutrition or weight fluctuations are associated with bulimia.

Psychological problems can escalate to serious levels if untreated and interfere with the restoration of normal body functions.

We studied bulemia in science, so....
