The most healthy thing you can drink to rid your body of toxins is simply water. Drink lots and lots of it. Go on a fast for a day. I don't suggest fasting if you have any medical problems. All those cleansers and detox things aren't worth putting into your body. They can actually do more damage than good. I say just stay on a good diet of fresh veggies, fresh fruits and plenty of water should do it.

Nothing Like Water.
When you wake up in the morning, Brush your teeth well.
Clean and gargle well.
Drink 1 large glass of Hot water.
Then go about your work. This should stimulate your bowel and bladder movements.
Keep drinking a large glass every two to three hours during the day.
Similarly; after dinner drink a large glass of hot water once again you will have some bladder movements in an hour.
Hot water has higher dissolving power than cold water.
Before going to bed drink a small glass water of cool water.
Water is a great cleanser.
This should wash out wash out a lot of the toxins and you will also keep a healthy bowel and bladder movement.
We are about 70% by weight water and it is best to cleanse and replace the old water.
You need not get any special water; make sure the water is fresh, clean, odorless and does not have any standing foam.
Good Luck - Drink water to good health.

I've read all the answers so far and no one recommended the ultimate body cleansing drink.
Sassafras Tea is the best. It's best to soak it for a while before steeping the tea. It's more expensive but well worth it. Check out some sites:

You can clean out your body with cleanses but if you do not change what you eat, it will not do you much good in the long run. People are prone to eat what smells good and tastes good, which is natural, but it is not always right.
Easy has a price! what that means if it is easy to do it could cost you your health sometime. Not every one will be sick. I pay for Health not sickness. God designed our body that if you give it the right nutrients it will heal itself. However we do not do so and therefore we pay for it, in sicknesses that we should not have.

Water is really the best. Every chemical reaction that takes place in the body takes place in water. Water flushes the body of all the things it doesn't need.
8-10 glasses of water daily is what's recommended. You'll feel better too.

Take a 12oz bottle of 100% cranberry juice and dilute it with some water. Drink this a few times a day. Drink plenty of water and stay away from sugary drinks, such as juices, sodas, and energy drinks.
Also, if you are looking to completely detox your whole system, go to any Vitamin store, such as GNC or Vitabarn, and buy one of the detox teas they have there.

Wu-Long Tea is very good at cleansing the body and system. It is also good for weight loss. Green tea would also work probably, but Wu-Long tea is the way too go. You could find it at health food stores or at http://www.wulongforlife.com/
