well i was jumping across a ditch to stay out of the water and i fell back and landed on my arm and my shoulder made this really big cracking sound and that is when the pain started now i cant move it or work with it. What do i do?

I have sensitive eyes and the alcohol in eyeglass cleaner seems to linger on my glasses and creates some type of reaction that really iritates my eyes. I've tried Bausch & Lomb Sightsavers and Flents ... both were irritating. I'm contemplating trying a contact lens solution as an eyeglass cleaner. Any suggestions?

What if you have depression but don't need to see a doctor yet. How can you improve your light depression symptoms at home? Don't say some type of pill, because I would want to go through a doctor before I take any kind of supliment.

Has anyone here used any good pills/creams that have shown good results?? I've researched a bit and I've found that theres these pills called Breast Success that have shown many good results. My mom's friend (he is 76) was diagnosed with leukemia last year and i found out tonight.He has alwyas been there for us so i count him as my grandpa. My other grandpa died 7 years ago. And my other grandpa is across the ocean in Europe. SO he is the only one that lives in Canada. I feel so depressed. Cuz his daughter doesnt care about him she just uses him for money she is 28 years old spoiled). And his wife died. I dont know what to do. He is a doctor. But they dont know when he will collapse on the floor and die. What should I do to make myself feel better? I dont want to lose another of my grandpa like i lost my first one of lung (smoker) cancer!

I was in a lot of pain this week with my cavity and my lower wisdom teeth. When I went to my dentist and he told me that I have early Periodontal disease and 2 more cavities on top of it. He quoted me at $4200 for all of the work to be done, including filling the 3 cavities and the root scaling and planing (3 visits). He said it didn't include oral surgery or the endo. I know my back teeth are in rough shape due to having Bulimia for a number of years. But does $4200 sound right? He didn't give me anything for the pain, what OTC items would be best?
I know a lot of the cost can probably be chalked up to the fact that I don't have insurance, as I just moved here. I left my job and moved back home to care for my father who just had a stroke. So at the moment, getting a job is out of the question. I was trying to see if Maine has a low-cost clinic, but is it going to give me good care? Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have a problem..... For the past 4 days I've been having a burning sensation inside my vagina and at the entrance it's been itching bad..... It comes and goes and then the pain gets worse.... I haven't told my parents because I don't want them to think bad.... I already tryed some local store medicines and I don't know what it could be and I'm afraid to consult with someone...... Has anyone experienced this? I need serious help.... Cause right now I'm in pain.. and I can't hold it in anymore.

I don't think it has any thing to do with a sexual transmitted disease cause I've only been with one guy and we've been together for 3 years already.

Could it be that I cut myself down there? Or somehow bacteria got in?

I have a question concerning my skin pours, when I look at them under a blacklight some of them are fluorescing bright orange, they are located on my nose, my chest and my pubic region, and possibly my tongue. I do have oily skin and blackheads if that means any thing. If you don't know the answer to this question can you point me in the right direction to find my answer? Thanks.

I heard that repeatedly, over a period of time, fiddling with/pinching/touching the end part of the nose, which is made of cartilage, stimulates the soft tissue and causes an increase in growth ie. touching the end of your nose a lot causes the cartiligious part to change shape. Is this true? I've heard of the nose always growing slightly throughout life but does touching it a lot/fiddling with it accelarate this growth process or not at all? Basically, if you keep messing with the buttony bit of the nose a lot does it alter its shape & size/positioning etc. Any med people out there?

My question is how would a person know how much he/she is applying without measuring the amount, I personally can't tell how much am i squeezing on my palm one has to take a guess on that and it is strongly suggested to not to exceed the 2ml dose in 24 hr period.

My psych just kept switching me from one to the next ( Paxil, Prozac, Zoloft, and Back to Paxil) even though I explained to her that it was making me worse and increasing frequency and level of my panic attacks and making me reckless. I'm trying to be health conscience for myself and my family. I've read that sugar is not very good, americans consume way too much, and that soy is not so good either. I read most of this on www.Mercola.com , which btw does not condone eating grains, but my family cant go w/out bread, so I'd like to gry and get it soy and sugar free. Thanks in Advance
