Rogaine foam without measuring applicator?

Their is no measuring applicator with Rogaine Foam and the amount to be applied is 1ml twice a day. My question is how would a person know how much he/she applying without measuring the amount, one has to take a guess on that and it is strongly suggested to not to exceed the 2ml dose in 24 hr period.

According to the website, your 1 ml would be equivalent to about a half a capful. See here for more information:
