Go to get some medical help. It is not going to get better by itself. It will end up deformed and unusable unless treated properly (not to mention hurting so bad you won't believe it).

Your shoulder is the most complicated joint in your body.
If you heard a loud crack and now have pain you should go and get it xrayed. You don't want to mess with your shoulder.
If it's not broken then consult the doctor about what is going on, perhaps you will need some physiotherapy to help the healing process.
Seriously don't mess around waiting to decide, your shoulder is too complicated and it's one joint that doesn't do well being immobilized for long periods of time.

Have someone take you to the Emergency Room right away. Or take a cab. Just get there.
If you don't have insurance they will treat you and allow you to make arrangements for a payment plan.
Nothing is supposed to make cracking sounds, and if you can't move it you need medical attention NOW.
They will need to examine you, probably x-ray it, and you are certainly going to be given medical excuses to get out of school/work until you are able to move your arm.
The longer you wait, the worse off things will be. Go to the hospital now.

Yep, it sounds like you may have broken your sholder or at the very least damaged it in some way. The only way to know for sure is to go to the ER and tell them what happened. They will take X-ray to find out if there is a fracture.

Go to emergency! If it's broken it won't heal correctly on its own and your more likely to cause yourself more injury. Just GO! If your lucky it may just be a fracture but only an X-ray can tell. Good Luck.

go to the Er and get an x-ray, that's the only way you can tell for sure. Ice it and try not to move it too much.
