I ate some crackers a couple of hours ago. I later found out they had been out in the open for 2-3 days. Am I gonna be OK?

I NEVER heard of anyone being harmed by crackers sitting in an open package. They are not exactly germ magnets so you are being over-cautious.

Yeah, you are going to be just fine. Crackers aren't exactly on the list of hazardous foods, unlike something like mayonaise or other things meant to be kept refrigerated. Crackers can be quite safely left out and eaten. Ideally you'd get them out of the box, but they don't really have anything in them to support molds or bacteria growing. Anyway, food poisoning would have reared it's ugly head by now if you had something to be concerned about. You'd have already figured out you ate something you shouldn't have, and wouldn't have to ask.

In case you feel afraid of getting sick, try drinking 5-6 litres of water in a span of 2 hrs.

The impurities would pass off as urine.

You could also try a shorter method. Drink about 3 litres of water with a teaspoon of salt at a single go.

You would feel like vomiting. Vomit it out. Replenish yourself with a lot of water.
