Drink lots of water.
Take a good quality multivitamin.
Don't smoke or drink alcohol.
Avoid sugar, white flour and butter - avoid excessive fats.
Keep your hair clean, limit hair products, remember that anything on your hair gets onto your pillow and then onto your face.
Keep your bedding, especially your pillow, very clean.
Don't touch your face with your hands.
Good luck!
