I am 17 years old and I have an appointment to have a pap smear done. I have been having irregular periods for quite a while so I decided to make an appointment.

I am still a virgin and not sexually active.
I am very scared that the pap smear will hurt since I am still a virgin because my hymen is most probably still intact.

Can anyone give me any clues as to what to expect? Will it hurt? Will I bleed? aahh I'm so scared. Please help. Any information is MUCH appreciated! Thank You.

- sore breasts all the time
- minor stomach pains
- slight weight gain
- unexplained crying

Hello all. I am kind of what you would call a self mutilator, but I don't cut, I pick at my skin until it bleeds. I have been doing this for about three years, I guess. I pick at areas that I know no one will see the scars/sores (like my chest, upper arms, thighs, etc.). I know why I do this, but can't seem to stop. Any suggestions? I am currently on meds for depression also.

I have sleeping problems. At this time of day (around 2:00) and 3:00pm I get SO tired. I can hardly keep my eyes open and I'm at school right now. But when it is 9:00pm and time to go to sleep I'm bouncing off the walls! I usually takes me around a hour to 2 hours to fall asleep every night.

1) What can I do to stay awake right now?!!
