Spirulina is an amazing sea vegetable, I myself take it and the energy and vitality it gives me is second to none. It is full of iron and protein in an easily assimilable form and the results of taking it on a regular basis are noticed faily quickly.

I take it regularly. I notice a lot more energy. I hate the taste so I put it in capsules. Some people have been known to be allergic, so try a small amount first and watch for reactions.

Only thing I know about spirulina is that I feed it to my pleco and snails, they love the stuff so it must be good.

Chlorofyl cause parasites to explode in numbers in you GI tract. be very careful with the good old Spirulina.
Parasites cause cancer in the long run..
Arsenic kills parasites only used in the homeopathic way
French green clay is good for detox
