now that FDA has regulated phentermine, has anyone order online over at canada pharmacy without a prescription. which sites are trust worthy to order online, etc.... etc.....

What do you mean "now that FDA is regulating Phentermine..." It has always been by prescription.
Here is the approval letter from FDA from 2005--prescription ONLY.

I dont think you can get phentermine without a prescription from any Canadian online pharmacy.
I get my phentermine from fivestarpharma.com. I think they are somewhere in the far east.
there are a few other sites ive seen on post re: phentermine. you can check those out too
