I need to lose 2 stone in 4 weeks because i have a trip and i need to look good and i want to feel confident about myself around my friends,do any of you have any exercise plans to help me achieve this and get a flat stomach?Thank you xxxx

Try to find some flights of stairs (at work or an apartment) and go up and down the stairs for 30 minutes a day, every day. Do at least 15 minutes at a time. You don't have to run, but don't dillydally either. Go at a quick pace.

Drink at least a gallon of water a day. This sounds like a ton, but once you start drinking a lot of water, you'll realize how much you missed it and it'll be easy. Keep a gallon jug or something in the fridge and fill it up every day so it is easy for you to see how much you are drinking. Always, always, always have your bottle of water with you and drinking a lot of water will become second nature.

Most people are dehydrated and don't even know it. There have been studies that show dehydration can SLOW the metabolism by 30%!

I'm telling you, I did the stair routine on my breaks at work, 15 min, 2x day, 5 days a week, and I drank water all the time. I wasn't wild about my new routine at first. It seemed difficult because I was heavy. Then the weight flew off. I lost 25 pounds in a month.

It may sound like hard work, but it isn't once you get into it. And once that weight starts melting, you'll feel so crazy good you won't care about the work, anyway

There's nothing any pill or exclusive diet can do that you can't do yourself.

You can't lose 2 stone in 4 weeks hon, that's just unrealistic and down right dangerous to try.
Just eat healthily and exercise, it sounds dull, but it will work. You won't lose 2 stone all in a month, but you will look and feel fab.

One stone is twelve pounds, I think, which means 6 pounds a week or about one pound a day. Limit your calories to 1000 a day and walk allot with a heavy pack. Be sure to drink enough water. Good luck.
