Hi -- you should pay attention to what you are eating and drinking throughout the day. You are probably tired right now cause it's a little after lunch. It's normal. A good idea is to keep a snack with you -- like apple slices or a power bar, to raise your sugar levels a little when you get the afternoon slump. Also sometimes it helps to get up and stretch out a little to get the blood flowin' again. At night, try not to eat after 7 or 8 pm at the latest, and try to wind down by reading a book or watching tv for an hour. You will get sleepy after that!

It is normal for a Young person to have sleeping issues. You have to get your body clock reset. First to stay awake you splash cold water on your face. Chew gum. Walk around do jumping jacks. Get the blood going. Even Yawning helps. To get to sleep don't drink or eat anything caffinated up to three hours before you sleep. Don't do anything to get your mind going before bed. Get to bed the same time every night. Younger people need more sleep than people older than 20.

The synthetic mild from the pc reveal (or even your mobile) can slash melatonin (the sleep hormone) creation for your frame. Try taking a melatonin suppliment. I take 1mg melatonin on nights that I can not sleep and it really works like a allure! The simplest downfall to taking melatonin is if you are taking it each night time your frame gets used to it and you'll must expand how so much you are taking. I attempt to simplest take it infrequently. I additionally love scorching tea containing camomile to aid me calm down. Sleepy Time Tea with honey is uncommon. :)
