There are some people, no matter how much they eat, they just don't gain weight. A lot of my friends are so skinny, but the way they eat they should be obese or something. Others, like myself are constantly watching what they eat even if they're exercising 5 times a week. Let's say I didn't have pizza in like 6 months but once I have it, the next morning I'm 2 pounds heavier. Why is that beside for them having better metabolism?
