I joined the gym last week, and I'm thinking about doing the biggest loser plan, but wanted some feedback on whats worked for you. Thanks!

If you joined the gym, great first step.

The workout plan that works the best is the one you KNOW you will most likely stick with for at least a year.

The biggest loser plan is a excellent plan. (opinion) It combines both weights and cardio but in my limited knowledge, it certainly stresses lifestyle, and that is usually the bottom line with any program.

Good Luck. The world needs more strong people.

Its all related to how much effort you put into each workout that will have you seeing results rather than what 'perfect' workout you've been following
just remember to exercise all your bodyparts and not just the beach mucles

Mix of cardio and weight lifting, with a high protein diet.
