1. it it hard to hear the heart with the breast in the way?
2. is it embarassing to have to have the doctor grope you just to check your heart?

A professional doctor will ask the patient to displace their breast with the patient's own health.
The heart is on the left side, but not all of it is under the breast, so you can hear much of it peristernally.
I don't think your picture really is how a doctor really listenes to the heart, but it was pleasant nonetheless.

When they check your heart and lungs then listen on top of the breast and then just below the breast. There is no groping done in the docs office just to check your heart and lungs. If there is any groping being done get the flock out of that docs office and report him.

No doctor listens to your heart over your nipple!!. Auscultation of the heart is done below the breast.
Awan, you can not hear heart sounds well from the back, lung yes heart no. The heart is in the anterior (front) of the chest.

If they are listening to the correct area, they will not be groping the breast. It's in the middle of the chest, just to the left, just about where the top of the bra crosses over the breast. You don't have to grope, and it's clinical. Your picture is just soft porn, and you know it.

In Muslim countries girls try normaly to go to female doctors....and if not present male doctor always check the heart beat by keeping estathoscope on her back and tell her to take deep breaths......this also solves the purpose......unless u have some serious lungs dissease like ILD.........So u can also adopt the same approach.

Listening through the breast just muffles the heart sounds a little.
The stethoscope goes on the chest wall, not the nip - but she's examining herself so I don't think she minds...I know I don't ;o)
