I am fifty and have a bit of a belly, even though I am skinny everywhere else. I wonder if this is common. I know men tend to gain weight as they age but I wonder if there is anyone with a rock hard stomach who is over 50. Is it even possible?

it's possible. i'm not 50, but some 50+ i see in the gym are. be careful though with your back, cuz usually exercises for the stomach includes bending/ flexing your back too.

You gotta see me to believe.I am 51 and my tummy is convex what to speak of level.In case I breathe out completely my tummy lining touches the back wall.My weight is 42kg.Most probably I am the skinniest of the species.Some specimen!
