NO! Eggs are a prime source of salmonella. If you eat raw eggs you can become very sick. Salmonella poisoning
causes the lining of the stomach and intestines to swell.
The bacteria can enter the lymph tracts, which carry water and protein to the blood.
Please don't eat raw eggs, its totally unhealthy! Its better to eat egg whites (cooked!!)
I doubt you want to experience vomiting and constipation.

Well, now days, the "thing" is not to eat raw eggs due to possible salmonella poisoning. However, people have been eating raw eggs for centuries! We use to put them in protein shakes and no one said a word about salmonella. In some states, they don't even want you ordering an "over easy egg" in a restaurant! For Pete's sake!
So, I suppose it's up to you. I wouldn't have a problem with it because you can get salmonella for absolutely anything that's handled by human hands (if they are dirty/infected). Godloveya!

Egg albumin is a really great protein. So go ahead and see if the dysentery from the Salmonella or the heart attack from the cholesterol in the yolk kills you first.

it's OK occasionally at odd times when you are too busy to eat properly but they do taste so much better cooked and are probably better for you as is most protein--- meat, chicken, fish or are you eating it all raw?
