the recipes they gave in the book are all 4 servings, how many out of the 4 servings am I suppose to eat? do I have to eat all 4 servings, that's a lot for one person or do I have 1 serving, so the recipe is actually meant for 4 people or 4 meals?

and if I reach my ideal weight before the phase 1 is over, do I stop phase 1, skip phase 2 and go right to phase 3?

Thanks

You don't eat the whole 4 servings. You can have 1 serving or 2 if you was still hungry. If you reached your ideal weight before starting phase 2 don't go into phase 3, because you'll gain most of them back. The point of SBD is reintroducing carbs slowly after phase 1.
