It's not asthma, but you just feel that it's so hard to breathe and you need to gasp for air at times.
Like a huge stone stucking in between your body, the heavy burden, not literally.
Is it some kind of illness or puberty stress or it's the haze that causes such?

HELP PLEASE!

I agree with the person who said it could be an anxiety/panic attack. I had a couple of those when I was in high school. I used to gasp for air and then hyperventilate. Breathing slowly and taking deep, relaxing breaths helped me to calm my breathing down. The weird thing is that I didn't feel anxious, but something just caused me to do this.

I also think you should go to a doctor. If it is an anxiety attack that you are experiencing, your doctor can recommend ways to deal with it or can prescribe an anti-depressant (which can help) if it turns out you have these frequently and it is interfering with your life. It's best to have it checked out by a doctor though because anything that causes you to have difficulty breathing could be a serious thing which could require medical treatment. It's always better to be safe than sorry.

Good luck to you! I hope you get to feeling better soon.

It's probably anxiety. I try to narrow down the cause of my anxiety and alleviate it. Often I will tell my boyfriend that I am having an anxious moment and finding it hard to breathe. He will talk to me about whatever it is. Naming the problem and dealing with the situation makes it seem like not such a big overwhelming issue and makes it more manageable. If you are having a lot of these anxious moments, a therapist/counselor may be of some help to give you techniques to deal with it.

Probably caused by anxiety and panic attacks. If you really find it difficult to get your breath then go and see your doctor or go to ER. Try deep breathing excercises, slowly breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. If you are panicky then try breathing into a brown bag, well a paper bag anyway, that should slow your breathing down.
