my son has asthma is taking advair and singulair daily.Is there anything else that I can do to improve his asthma?Is taking this combination safe?

I made a new routine to get cut for the summer, I'm already fairly lean as you can see on the small avatar. So my workout goes:
Monday- cardio in the morning empty stomach at 9am for 30 min. Come back at 4pm do my back
Tuesday- Chest
Wednesday - cardio in the morning, come back at 4pm do shoulders
Thursday - triceps
Friday - Cardio in the morning come back do biceps Saturday - off
Sunday - legs I'm not that concerned about not having a day off in the middle of the week, I'm off school and work till September so i can power nap after my cardio sessions to recover. I'm also heavy on supplement use and eating extremely well. As far as this schedule goes how do you guys think it is for cutting this summer? Any suggestions? feedback and comments?

After getting into bed, closing my eyes - I start to dream to try to get myself to sleep. I do what I like in my dreams, I can shape them to what I want to be doing - playing music, dancing, robbing a bank... etc. Then in the morning I am in a dream again... and when I realise I am in a dream, I can open my eyes and I am awake. I feel like I can exhaust myself just by dreaming, because my mind must be awake for me to be able to dream. I am sure I must be asleep at least some of the night, I'm just not sure how much of it. I do generally need a lot of sleep and feel tired a lot after having only 9 hours "sleep".

I have 3 discs in lower lumber area fucxx and doc has told me only way to fix is large op, im in constant pain in my legs and back side, i have pins and needles in both legs, some times worse than others, ive been like this for over a year now and im due to see the specialist in Glasgow for the op. I'm 17 years old, 5'8" and weigh 140 lbs. My weight fluctuates, but I try to eat very well (fruits, veggies, whole grains) and exercise. Lately I haven't been exercising as much, and I've been eating more. I just hate that about myself. Last year I went through a phase where I had control over everything I ate...I'm just obsessed with my appearance and with being thin. I can't seem to satisfy myself. Does anyone have ANY advice? It's a distracting inner struggle that's affecting my focus and my life :( help please

my calves have always been big and muscle like. i don't get it! i have always wished that i could wear those cute boots and things that go over your calf area. so i need help, what are some excercises to help lose weight there. it's rock hard and i can't for the life of me figure it out. i am heavy and working on losing weight, i walk on a treadmil 6 days a week and i have completely changed my diet to low carb and low calorie. i stay between 1400-1600 cals a day. help me?

DAY 1 (Chest, Shoulders, Triceps)
-8 exercises total and I run on the treadmill for 2-3 miles
DAY 2 (Biceps, Back)
-Chin ups
-Bicep curls
-3 back exercises
-Run for 2-3 miles
DAY 3
-same as day 1
DAY 4
-Rest


There is my workout above. Any comments or suggestions? I realize that I don't train my legs, but running 3 miles a day seems to do the job. I take a rest on the 4th day, is that enough rest time? I also throw in some ab exercises when I feel like it.

I live in OHIO...... is there any real true help out there for this?

I have already been though, physical therapy for this .....with no results. ( lymph=edema, massage..) Also Aqua therpay .....no results either.

They tell me... that there is legs pumps for this, I need it for both legs.
I was told that Medicare won't pay for them.
I am on, ss disablity.....
The only way they will pay......and its even hard to do that too. is
if I have nasty open sores on my legs first.

that does not make any sense to me.....
I am trying to prevent my legs to get into that condition.

Any suggestions let me know, please.
or whom to get ahold of..... so medicare will pay for them..

I bought a treadmill to help me get in better shape, I used it for about 15 min. and when I got off I was dizzy for about 4 or 5 min. and felt like I was going to pass out the room just spun. Why. I am only 27, and not severly over weight but like 20 for my body type? I hate to give up just after 1 time please any suggestions
