my calves have always been big and muscle like. i don't get it! i have always wished that i could wear those cute boots and things that go over your calf area. so i need help, what are some excercises to help lose weight there. it's rock hard and i can't for the life of me figure it out. i am heavy and working on losing weight, i walk on a treadmil 6 days a week and i have completely changed my diet to low carb and low calorie. i stay between 1400-1600 cals a day. help me?
