my calves have always been big and muscle like. i don't get it! i have always wished that i could wear those cute boots and things that go over your calf area. so i need help, what are some excercises to help lose weight there. it's rock hard and i can't for the life of me figure it out. i am heavy and working on losing weight, i walk on a treadmil 6 days a week and i have completely changed my diet to low carb and low calorie. i stay between 1400-1600 cals a day. help me?

Walking on the treadmill as much as you do probably has something to do with them being so big. Especially if you walk on an incline. Why don't you try swimming as your cardio instead. You can still burn calories and tone your body without using your legs so much. Stay healthy and best of luck!

you cant loose weight in one area except for liposuction... you seem like your on the right track and soon you will see that all over your body you are loosing weight
