That's a reasonable amount of time to lose 10 pounds.
You need to eat healthy. Never skip meals!! Stay away from junk food, fast foods, candy/sweets and soda!! Don't forget about fruits and veggies!!
Drink water!! A lot of water!!!!!!
And, get active! Go walking, ride a bike, run up and down steps, join a sport...anything!! Just get moving!!
Keep in mind that a healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. You can do it!!!!☺

Eating once a day is very bad for your body and will make you gain weight quicker later when you go back to normal eating. Your best bet is to set a calorie limit for yourself on a daily basis, like 1500 calories per day, and space that out over the day, divided between three meals and snacks. Also, drink 8 glasses of water per day, and incorporate aerobic exercise. Take at least 1 20 minute walk per day at a brisk pace. Do other aerobic stuff on top of that, as much as you feel up to.

try this fun diet get two table spoons of pancake syurp and lime jucie or orange jucie 8 oz of water and bell pepper put it all together and shake it up and you get a sweet loveable drink for lossing weight you can use instead of lunch. Its Beyonce's diet. also do 2 hours of exerise a day and smaller amounts of food.

please do not try and starve yourself as this will only make you ill, been there done that and its really not worth it! Just try and eat a sensible diet and drink plenty of water, 10lb in just under 2 weeks is not impossible but if you do not eat properly your body will just store fat waiting for its next meal which is not going to help you
