cellulite has no known cure, the only FDA approved treatment is something called Endermologie and it's very expensive. However, there are lots of personal care products (lotions and scrubs) that will help reduce the appearance of cellulite temporarily. A good one is a product set called Figure 8 Vanish and can be found here: http://HealthSpa.MyArbonne.com . Other than that, you can personally friction massage the areas of concern to reduce the dimpling effect, but that will only work for up to a couple of hours.

They are called spider veins (as in blood vessels). There are several ways to remove spider veins- if they are just beginning to form a dermatologist injects a liquid that makes them disappear, or burns them with nitrogen. Sounds nasty, but it really doesn't hurt. I had it done several years ago, and I didn't feel a thing.
Avoid oral contraceptives, sitting out in the sun and heavy drinking- they all make varicose veins and cellulite worse.
A good way to prevent spider veins is working out, staying within the normal weight range, and wearing good shoes that do not put pressure on your feet.
There is really no way to remove cellulite.

there are a lot of creams you can buy for cellulite. also, cut down on fatty foods and try eating a lot of fruits, veggies, and good carbs (whole grains). exercise always helps- maybe ask a personal trainer or your doctor.

Spider veins can be surgically removed, but there is no way to remove cellulite.

my cousin had twins, and she used brown gravy. it worked but it took awhile. hope this helps. She lets it get cold, then rubs it in her skin. She lets it sit for around ten minutes, then washes it off.
